    Shop Policies

    • We will not be able to change your order, your address,  or enter coupon codes for a discount after you have placed your order. Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your order before placing it. If you have questions about an item, please email us before placing your order so we can help you.

    • Shipping time is 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.  ** We currently do not have rush shipping. We are having problems with our website notifying us of rushed orders. Rush shipping will be disabled until further notice. 

    • Please do not email us about shipping times unless your order has not shipped in the 7-10 business day window. You will not receive a response if your order is still in that time frame.

    • Alligator clips come standard to your child's left. If you need it switched, please leave a note in the notes section on the checkout page with your order. We will not change your clip direction after your order has been placed.

    • All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please email us, and we will make it right. We are not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has it in their possession, we are released from liability for lost items. You will need to contact them and file a claim with them for your missing package.
