  • We will not be able to change your order, your address, or enter coupon codes for a discount after you have placed your order.   • Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period, we do not refund or cancel orders.

  • Order processing time is 10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed and made, it will ship through USPS.  ** We currently do not have rush shipping. 

  • Alligator clips come standard to your child's left. If you need it switched, please leave a note in the notes section on the checkout page with your order. We will not change your clip direction after your order has been placed. If you would like your bows to not be hot-glued to the bow, please mention so in your order notes and we will send your bows in a package with the alligator clip separate.

  • All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item has been sent to you,  please email us, and we will make it right! We are not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has it in their possession, we are released from liability for lost items. You will need to contact them and file a claim with them for your missing package.
