When will my order ship?

Our turnaround time is currently 10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.  As much as we would love to be as cool as Amazon Prime, handmade items just take longer! We also balance work life and family life, which is the plus-side to owning our own business. We hand make every order when it's ordered so it takes a little longer to get things out. Please wait the full 10 business days before emailing to find out where your order is. We will be sure and send an email when it ships with a tracking number. 

Do you have any discount codes?

Be sure and join our VIP facebook group, follow us on Instagram, and sign up for emails! We are constantly dropping codes for you to use! 

Can I choose which way the clips face?

Yes! Clips come standard to your child's left. If you need them switched, please put a note in the comments and we will make sure to switch it for you!

What if my order gets lost?

Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. Such a bummer! Unfortunately because we cannot control the post, we encourage you to first file a missing package claim with USPS. If they are unable to locate your package, and the package has not arrived within 2 weeks of the ship date, please contact us and we will work with you!

Shop Policies

  • We will not be able to change your order, your address, or enter coupon codes for a discount after you have placed your order. Please take caution when entering addresses and DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your order before placing it. If your order is sent to the wrong address and sent back to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to send the package again.  If you have questions about an item, or your order, please email us BEFORE placing your order so we can help you.

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period, we do not refund or cancel orders.

  • Order processing time is 10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed and made, it will ship through USPS.  ** We currently do not have rush shipping. 

  • Alligator clips come standard to your child's left. If you need it switched, please leave a note in the notes section on the checkout page with your order. We will not change your clip direction after your order has been placed. If you would like your bows to not be hot-glued to the bow, please mention so in your order notes and we will send your bows in a package with the alligator clip separate.

  • All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item has been sent to you,  please email us, and we will make it right! We are not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has it in their possession, we are released from liability for lost items. You will need to contact them and file a claim with them for your missing package.
